The Indiana Department of Labor will hold a COMMON CONSTRUCTION WAGE HEARING to determine rates for the Carroll Jr.-Sr. High School piping, temperature control and HVAC renovation at 1:30 p.m. March 12 in the commissioner's room at the Carroll County Courthouse, Delphi.
