      Betty L. Handy, 80, of Flora, died at 7:40 a.m. March 5, 2009, at her residence. Born Feb. 13, 1929, in Flora, she was the daughter of Chalmer and Mabel Pullen Allen. She married Charles Richard Handy on May 22, 1950, in Burnettsville, and he survives.
