Mr. and Mrs. David Applegate

of 11914 Winsor Rd., Monticello, will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. The couple will renew their vows March 11 at 6 p.m. in a candlelight ceremony at the Flora First Christian Church.

Applegate and the former Tracie Smith were married March 11, 1984, in Flora. He is a Journeyman carpenter with Lafayette Carpenters Union Local #215 and she is employed as a bookkeeper with Highway Safety Services in Lafayette.

The couple has three children, Nikki Applegate of Lafayette, Debra and Jacob Applegate, at home.

An anniversary party is planned for March 14 from 6 p.m. until midnight at the American Legion in Monticello.

No gifts, however cards are welcome.
