The Delphi City Council will hold a special public meeting Thursday, Feb. 19, at 7 p.m. at the city building. The first reading of the proposed ordinance to establish a fire prevention territory with Tippecanoe, Madison and Deer Creek townships will be held.

The city council will conduct a public hearing next Tuesday, Feb. 24, at 7 p.m. at the Stone Barn about the fire prevention territory and could adopt the ordinance at that time.
