A meeting will be held for anyone interested in being involved in an ARTISAN COOP. The meeting will be held from 10 a.m. to 12 noon March 21 in the Globe Value Room at the Delphi Public Library. This Thursday and the third Thursday of each month Living Faith Church of the Brethren hosts a MOVIE MATINEE for senior citizens at 9 a.m. This week's feature is "Pillow Talk." The movie is free, as well as the popcorn. The church is located west of Flora.

DELPHI HISTORIC TRAILS volunteers will meet March 5 from 7-9 p.m. in the Canal Center on North Washington Street, Delphi. The purpose is to assess the possibilities for development of a new trail. The potential route will follow the old Fort Wayne and Wabash Valley Interurban electric transportation system. Landowners, interested citizens and volunteers of any age are welcome. Those attending will help assess the route, plan ahead for various activities, and set workday priorities.

DELPHI CHAMBER OF COMMERCE has rescheduled a four-part, free educational series for business members about shoplifting, internal and employee theft, general security and bad checks/civil suits with instructor Dale Seward. The first class will be Feb. 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the Delphi Chamber office at 113 S. Washington St., located behind Bill's Rock Shop. The remaining classes will be March 26, April 30 and May 28. The 2009 ECUMENICAL WOMEN'S SPRING MINI-RETREAT will be March 7 from 8:30 a.m. until noon at the Monticello United Methodist Church with guest speaker Cara Brovant from Rossville. A continental breakfast will be provided. Women ages 18 to 25 will be admitted at no charge. There will be a registration fee for others. Participants are encouraged to bring feminine hygiene and personal care items for the Women to Women program at the food pantry. For information, contact Cindy Ehrlich at (574) 583-3626.
