Feb. 4 - Criminal information, 409 N. Washington St. Door to rental house was damaged by unknown person. Chief Justin Darling investigated.
Feb. 9, 8:07 p.m. - Property damage, CVS parking lot. Shane Chapman, 36, Brookston, and Karlie James, 18, Delphi. Officer Chuck responded.
Feb. 10, 2:03 a.m. - Driving while never licensed/identity deception, US421 and SR18. Alejandro Mejia- Barriga, 22, Frankfort, was arrested during a traffic stop. He was found to be using the name Rolando Diaz. Kent investigated.
Feb. 10, 6:45 a.m. - Operating while never licensed, US421 and Vine St. Edward Garza Jr., 25, Lucerne, was arrested after being stopped for speeding. Officer Shane Bernhardt investigated.
Feb. 10, 10:15 a.m. - Theft, 610 N. Washington St. Money was stolen from vehicles at the residence. Bernhardt investigated.
Feb. 11, 2 a.m. - Driving while never receiving a license, Main and Market streets. Angelica Zavala, 21, Logansport, was arrested during a traffic stop. Kent investigated.
Feb. 12, 6:30 a.m. - Property damage, Hamilton St. Gordon S. Wilson, 44, Delphi, hit a limb protruding into the roadway. Officer David Yeager responded.

Feb. 5, 5:14 p.m. - SR18 near CR150W. Eliza B. Rouch, 23, Galveston, was treated at the scene by EMS. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.
Feb. 8, 4:30 a.m. - CR500S. near CR350W. Len O. Myers, 18, Lafayette. Det. Kevin Hammond responded.
Feb. 8, 9:05 a.m. - CR300E. near CR200N. Joshua L. Sollars, 29, Flora, was treated at the scene by EMS. Hammond responded.

Feb. 12, 3:20 p.m. - US421 at W. Franklin St. Charles M. Duncan, 50, Frankfort, and Robert B. Burdine, 19, Battle Ground. Deputy John Chapman responded.
Feb. 7, 2:46 p.m. - Theft, 406W. 375S., Cutler. Four-wheel drive ATV owned by Jordan Dutter stolen. Hammond investigated. Feb. 8, 8:11 a.m. - Auto theft/receiving stolen auto parts, 2974W. 500S., Cutler. Len O. Myers, 18, Lafayette, was arrested after a vehicle owned by Sam Smith was stolen. Hammond investigated.
Feb. 11, 2:46 p.m. - Burglary, 1378W. 1050N., Delphi. The Michael Jones home was entered illegally. Chapman investigated.
Feb. 12, 8:43 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 6242E. 350S., Bringhurst. A mailbox owned by Aron Cottrell was damaged by an unknown person. Chapman investigated.
Feb. 14, 10:30 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 12095N. Upper Lake Shore Dr., Monticello. Graffiti was painted on two garage doors. Randle investigated.
Burlington Police Dept.
Jan. 4 - Joshua Bagwell, Burlington, was arrested for battery. He was transported to Carroll County Jail. Deputy Marshal Kevin Hammond investigated, assisted by the sheriff's department.
Jan. 6 - K. Hammond responded to an alarm at 5th and Michigan streets.
Jan. 8 - Marshal Jill Hammond responded to a dog complaint near Jackson and College streets. Animal was secured prior to arrival.
Jan. 9 - J. Hammond assisted Burlington VFD and Carroll County EMA with a hydraulic spill at the Marathon Station.
Jan. 10 - Property damage collision in Burlington IGA parking lot. J. Hammond investigated.
Jan. 13 - K. Hammond investigated a report of a possible prowler near 8th and Indiana streets. Area was checked and no one was found.
Jan. 19 - J. Hammond investigated a report of a dog running loose.
Jan. 28 - Property damage north of town. J. Hammond responded.
Jan. 29 - Property damage, SR 29 and CR 200 S. K. Hammond responded.
Jan. 30 - Personal injury collision on CR 800 S, just west of SR 29, involving a vehicle that struck a pole. K. Hammond responded.
Feb. 2 - Custody dispute. J. Hammond investigated.
Feb. 9 - Criminal mischief, Lilly Building, Burlington Community Park. Three windows were broken out by individuals throwing rocks. Damage was estimated at $1,800. J. Hammond investigated.
Feb. 12 - Jody Garcia, Logansport, was arrested for driving while suspended, prior, following a traffic stop. Garcia was transported to Carroll County Jail. K. Hammond investigated.

Feb. 2, 7:01 p.m. - A trespassing report was taken at 403 W. Capitol St. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.
Feb. 4, 1:29 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Verica Riley, 38, Dayton, lost control on Maple St. and struck a railroad sign. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.
Feb. 4, 1:55 p.m. - A report of harassment and invasion of privacy was taken on station. Redmon investigated.
Feb. 4, 3:47 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 611 E. Adams St. Michelle L. Watkins, 21, and Ryan M. Lawson, 22, both of Flora, were arrested on suspicion of battery. Redmon investigated. Sheriff's Deputy Sgt. Dennis Randle assisted.
Feb. 6, 10:30 a.m. - An animal complaint was taken at 416 N. Center St. Redmon and Sgt. James Bishop investigated.
Feb. 8, 7:03 p.m. - A report of juvenile delinquency was taken in the 300 block of S. Center St. Disinger investigated.
Feb. 9, 1:10 p.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken at 313 N. Sycamore St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.
Feb. 9, 3:31 p.m. - Robert E. Perry, 44, Flora, was arrested on Carroll County warrants. Larimore investigated.
Feb. 14, 4:13 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 900 block of S. Center St. Bishop investigated.
Feb. 14, 7 p.m. - A report of criminal mischief was taken at 916 S. Division St. Bishop investigated.
