Kathy L. Shambaugh of Rossville and Alan Shambaugh of Lafayette announce the engagement of their daughter, Adrienne Leigh, to Nicholas Lee Niverson. He is the son of Lee and Linda Niverson of Fairmount.

The bride-elect graduated from The Indiana Academy for Science, Mathematics, and Humanities in 2003. She recently graduated from Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in health administration. She is employed at Clarian Arnett Health in Lafayette.

Her fiancé graduated from Madison-Grant High School in 2002. In 2007 he graduated from Ball State University with a degree in computer science. He is employed at Quest Information Systems in Indianapolis as a software engineer.

They are planning a July 11 wedding.
