PAM MICHAEL of Flora is celebrating her 25th year with The Longaberger Company.

She joined the company on Jan. 3, 1984, as a consultant and within three years became a branch leader while growing her team of consultants.

In 1994 she earned the Regional Advisor designation by promoting several branch leaders. Her team continued to grow to almost 500 in 20 states, leading to her promotion to National Sales Leader. She now leads a team of 170 members in 16 states and is regularly recognized for achieving high personal, branch, and team sales in the company.

She has been a VIP ($35,000+ in sales per year) 23 of the 25 years and has received many other sales and sponsoring awards including trips/cruises to Hawaii, Mexico, Caribbean, Scottsdale, San Francisco, and the Bahamas.

In 2006, Michael was inducted into the $1 Million Dollar Club as a charter member and now has career sales of over $1,136,000.
