A meeting to organize a Neighborhood Community Watch program for Burlington and the surrounding community will be held Jan. 22 at 7 p.m. in the Burlington Park Community Building. Sheriff Tony Burns will be speaker.

Program sponsors are the Carroll County Sheriff's Dept. and Burlington Town Marshal Jill Hammond and Deputy Marshal Kevin Hammond.
