Cutler resident Ryan Lee Roth was traveling east on CR 400 South late Sunday night and lost control of his GMC truck.

According to police, Roth went off the north side of the roadway and rolled his truck several times. He was partially ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. Speed and slick road conditions may have been a factor in the crash, which is still under investigation. A toxicology report is pending.

Carroll County Sheriff's Department K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett responded to the call and investigated the crash.

Roth is survived at home by his wife, Breezy, and sons, Zackary and Wyatt. Abbott Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
