Elizabeth Wertman and Scott Manning announce their engagement.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Steve and Brenda Wertman of Angola, and Helen Brielmaier of Carmel. She is a 2003 graduate of Angola High School and a 2007 graduate of Indiana University Bloomington. She is currently a dental hygiene student at the IU Dental School.

Her fiancé, son of Paul and Sue Manning of Bringhurst, is a 2003 graduate of Carroll Jr.- Sr. High School. He graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2008 with a Masters of Business Administration in Accounting. He is employed by KPMG in Indianapolis.

They are planning a July wedding.
