Loren and Karen Hylton of near Deer Creek announce the engagement of their daughter, Lindy, to Lee Paris. He is the son of Vickie Paris of rural Frankfort and the late Pat Paris.

The bride-elect was homeschooled, and graduated in 2002. She graduated from Ivy Tech State College in 2004 with an Associate of Science in accounting. In 2006 she graduated from Indiana University Kokomo with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting. She is currently working on a master's degree and is employed by Fisher & Associates Inc., Flora.

Her fiancé graduated from Clinton Central High School in 2000. He is a self-employed farmer and is coowner of Paris & Paris Gunsmithing Inc.

They are planning a June 20 wedding.
