Dear friends, my 90th birthday was one of the best birthdays I have ever had, thanks to all of you. Thank you so much for the beautiful cards and warm phone calls. I would also like to thank my daughter Jamie Wray for the beautiful open house she held for me in our home in Oberlin, Kan. Bless you all.

Mary "Sis" Fauset Brooks

Brian Ballard was only 40 years old when he passed away on this past Christmas Eve. The pain we all feel has been eased thanks to all the prayers and support from everyone that knew him and even those that did not but still prayed for him. Words cannot express the comfort that we have found in all of you. Thank you again to all of you for being there in our time of need. A special thank you goes out to Paul and Greg Dunbar and the rest of the staff at Hippensteel Funeral Home. Taking care of Brian's service had to be one of the hardest things they have ever had to do in their profession and what an amazing job they did for one of their best friends. Thank you everyone for everything.
