The Carroll County Sheriff's Department and Burlington Town Marshal are co-sponsoring a Neighborhood Watch Meeting at 7 p.m. Jan. 22 in the Burlington Community Building. The purpose is to organize and setup a neighborhood watch program for Burlington and the surrounding area. All interested persons are urged to attend.

Park Board will meet at 7 p.m. tonight, Jan. 7, in the park building.

Martha Sink will be honored with a 90th birthday party on Sunday from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Mulberry Health and Retirement Community Center.

Classy Classics E.H. Club will meet at 7 p.m. Monday at the home of Diana Alter.

Town Council will meet Tuesday evening at 7 in the town hall.

Senior Center Bible Study will resume Jan. 14 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Kiwanis Club will meet for breakfast and meeting Saturday at the fire station.

Christmas decorations will be taken down Friday morning starting at 9 at the United Methodist Church.

Faith Church of Christ men's prayer breakfast and devotions will be held Saturday morning from 8 to 9:15. Ladies' Bible Study will meet from 9 to 11 a.m. Tuesday and all-church Bible Study will meet at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Volleyball for anyone in sixth grade and older will be held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays at the Faith Family Life Center.

First Brethren Church Bible Study groups meet as follows: Men - 6 a.m. Friday at The Dinner Bell; Ladies - 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Petersons; and Couples - 6 p.m. Saturday at Ticens.

WMS will meet Sunday following worship service at the First Brethren Church.

Bible Study at Crossroads Community Christian Church will be held at 6:30 p.m. today, Wednesday, at the church with a board meeting following at 7:30.
