ROCKFIELD REGIONAL SEWER DISTRICT BOARD will meet the second Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. at the Rockfield Community Center. The public is welcome to attend and participate.

DELPHI PUBLIC LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES will meet the third Monday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the Gerber Globe-Valve Program Room in the library.

A NEIGHBORHOOD WATCH MEETING for the Cutler area will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 8, at the Cutler Fire Station. All interested persons are encouraged to attend.

"EVERYTHING YOU EVER WANTED TO KNOW ABOUT BLUEBIRDS" will be the topic of a program to be presented by naturalist Mary Cutler on Monday, Jan. 12. Sponsored by Carroll County Master Gardeners, the program will begin at 7 p.m. at the 4-H Building at Flora Community Park. Refreshments will be served. Donations are welcome. A snow date has been set for Jan. 19 at 7 p.m. Another nature program is planned for Feb. 9 at the 4-H Building.
