Rosemary S. Gregory

Services for Rosemary S. Gregory, 64, of rural Rossville, were held Monday morning at Bodine Funeral Home, Rossville. Her niece, Susan Grebner, and Pastor Mark Miller officiated. Burial followed at Rossville Cemetery.

She passed away at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 24, 2008, at home with family during her favorite holiday season. She was strong in her battle with cancer.

A lifelong resident of Clinton County, she was born March 18, 1944, the daughter of Rae and Sarah "Florence" Sutton Dunk. She married Edward "Gene" Gregory and they divorced.

Rosemary had been employed at Globe Valve in Delphi; Green Giant, Landis-Gyr, and as a greeter at Meijer, all in Lafayette.

She graduated from Rossville High School in 1962.

Rosemary brought beauty to the earth with her flowers. She was a wonderful baker and cook, and was always supplying everyone's favorite. She was a true giver by nature.

Above all else, Rosemary loved her friends, extended family, siblings, daughter, and granddaughters.

Surviving are a daughter, Pamela Gallimore (husband: David) of Lafayette; two brothers, Eldon Dunk of Darlington and Wayne Dunk of Mulberry; and two granddaughters, Sarah Gene and Mariah Rose Gallimore.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Bill and Bob; and two halfsisters, Jeanette Clark and Pauline Cartmill.
