Susan Lucas

Susan Lucas, 56, of Delphi, died Wednesday, Sept. 3, 2008, at St. Vincent Heart Center in Indianapolis.

Born Aug. 6, 1952, in Lafayette, she was the daughter of the late Harley E. and Charlotte Stead Spurgeon.

Surviving are two sons, Michael A. Lucas and Jacob R. Lucas, both of Delphi; a brother, Bob Spurgeon and a sister, Pam Scott (husband: Dan), both of Lafayette.

A private graveside service was held Sept. 6 at the I.O.O.F. Memorial Gardens in Pittsburg.
