Charges against Jessie Snider, 28, were dismissed.

The original sentence given to Julie A. Gardiner, 36, was modified to 20 years in the Department of Correction.

Yeager and Beneficial Indiana Inc. DBA Beneficial Mortgage Co. for $155,597.67; Chase Home Finance LLC vs. Randy L. Barker and Marissa K. Gann for $110,879.55.

Default judgments for the plaintiff were entered in the following: Capital One Bank (USA) vs. Jennifer L. Conelly for $1,488.79; Capital One Bank vs. Alice Floyd for $1,001.19; HSBC Bank Nevada NA vs. Stanley M. Braden for $18,496.65; American Acceptance Co LLC vs. Jesse R. Heffley for $2,290.46; and Capital One Bank vs. Tonie E. Miller for $5,510.86.

The court awarded $1,569.25 to the plaintiff in Asset Acceptance LLC as assignee of Household Orchard Bank vs. Harry P. Wood Sr.

The court awarded $7,720.58 to the plaintiff in Capital One Bank vs. Lisa Chafin, $1,790.92; in Midland Credit Management as servicing agent for Midland Funding LLC as assignee of Dell Financial Services vs. Angela Francis, $1,136.12; in American Acceptance Co LLC vs. Michael Fuller, $1,754.43; in Arrow Financial Services LLC as assignee of HH Gregg vs. Annabelle Frick, $983.12; in Capital One Bank vs. Jennifer L. Lind, $1,078.98; and in Community Wide Federal Credit Union vs. Timothy Martin.

Court found for the plaintiff in Wells Fargo Bank N.A. vs. Clara Faye Simms, $70,400.79.

The following causes were dismissed: Excel Co-op Inc vs. Charles M. Kelly; Tina M. Alford McGraw vs. Timothy J. Alford Sr.; George S. Capitanio vs. Tina M. Bogard; State of Indiana vs. Keisha Johnston; State of Indiana vs. Jesse Snider; Matthew L. Callan vs. Gerber Plumbing Fixtures LLC and AWM Enterprises Inc dba ADECCO; Pipestone Financial LLC as assignee of Providian National Bank vs. Jenifer J. Wilson without prejudice; PHH Mortgage Corp. vs. Steven D. Ogle and Ramona S. Ogle; LVNV Funding LLC vs. Brad Ocker; Dell Financial Service LLC vs. Christina R. Miller.

Michael S. Sidelinger, 25, was found guilty of five counts of burglary, all Class B felonies. He was sentenced to the Department of Correction for 16 years for each count to run concurrently, with four years for each count suspended and to serve four years on supervised probation which can be changed to two years at the discretion of the probation officer after restitution is paid in full. Sidelinger was sentenced to six hours of volunteer labor per month during the first two years of probation and was ordered to have no contact with the victims of their families.

The following were found to to be in violation of the terms of their probation with time to be served in jail: Joshua J. Johnson, 22; Matthew Weitzel; and Shawn J. McKinley.
