New filings are from public records available in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi. Other information regarding judgments and marriage dissolutions is gathered from public records found in the clerk's office.

It was ordered that the Indiana BMV rescind the suspension of David L. Butler's driving privileges and grant him a restricted driver's license.

Mark D. Farrell, 52, was found guilty of operating a motor vehicle after forfeiture of license for life, Class C felony, and institutional criminal mischief. He was committed to the DOC for five years on the felony charge and one year on the misdemeanor. He will pay restitution to the victim. His driving privileges were suspended for life.

A default judgment entry and decree of foreclosure were granted in the following: HSBC Mortgage Service, Inc. vs. Nathan Steele Best and Kelly Sue Best; National City Real Estate Services, LLC vs. Adam R. Cunningham and Delphi Community Schools.

Plaintiff's cause was dismissed in the Bank of New York Trust Co. vs. Todd M. Shell.

The following were found to be in arrears in the payment of child support: Nina M. Valentine in the amount of $13,236; Morgan Lucies, $940; Robert Wilson, Jr., $4,440; William Rodenbarger, $95; Buck T. Brooks, $2.651; Rondall White, Jr., $24,978; Kenny Kittrell, $12,250; Mark E. McLeland, $8,647; Mark E. McLeland, $6,562; Mary Elizabeth Wysong $8,315; Donnie A. Brumbaugh, $3,368; Donald W. Morgan, $5,334; Michael L. Taber, $2,719; Wade McCarty, $6,520; Kimberly A. German, $5,245 (incarcerated in Carroll County Jail, pay $2,000 or serve 30 days); Bob F. Hayes, $13,050 (incarcerated (in Carroll County Jail, pay $2,000 or serve 30 days); and John H. Reed III, $1,844;

Bobby D. Phillips was appointed administrator of the estate of Edward Lee Phillips.

The following complaints on note to foreclose mortgage were filed: Regions Bank dba Regions Mortgage vs. Matthew P. Saul, Tara J. Saul and unknown tenant; PHH Mortgage Corp. vs. Calin M. Gray, Janet L. Gray and Macolynn D. Gray; Security Federal Savings Bank vs. Yasel Donderiz; Citimortgage, Inc. vs. Casey Watson aka Casey T. Watson, Tonya Haygood aka Tonya M. Haygood and Huntington National Bank.

Complaints were filed by: Capital One vs. Maria J. Mackovic; Capital One Bank vs. Aldona R. Peracki; G.E. Money Bank as successor in interest to Monogram Credit Card vs. Ralph Cook and Karon Cook; G.E. Money Bank vs. Daniel Dillman.

Citimortgage, Inc. filed complaint on note and to foreclose mortgage on real estate against Casey Watson aka Casey T. Watson, Tonya Haygood aka Tonya M. Haygood and Huntington National Bank.

The following causes were dismissed: GMAC Mart LLC vs. Jack E. Gerard, Carolyn Sue Gerard and Chase Bank USA; Chase Bank vs. Tara Wood; MBNA America vs. Raymond Todd Estate; HSBC Bank vs. Raymond Todd Estate; Mulberry Health and Retirement Community vs. Raymond Todd Estate; Chase Manhattan vs. Raymond Todd Estate; Chase Manhattan Bank USA vs. Harold E. Bills Estate; LVNV Funding, LLC. vs. John Spann; Douglas M. Willy and Stephanie M. Willy vs. Steven Isley; LaSalle Bank National Association vs. Troy Cook and Rogella D. Zarate.

The following marriages were dissolved: Sean Mulkay and Misty Mulkay; Christina Mullin and Wade Mullin; Christy A. Plunkett and Daniel F. Plunkett; Pamela Lane and Jack Lane.

Karana K. Johnson, 29, was found guilty of dealing in a schedule 4 controlled substance, a Class C felony, and dealing in marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. She was sentenced to four years for count 1 and one year for count 2. All but 180 days was suspended. She will served three and a half years on supervised probation.
