Joseph A. Wolfe was charged with public intoxication.

Garry R. Shell, Idaville was charged with OWI/endangering, speeding and open container of an alcoholic beverage during operation of a motor vehicle.

Marco A. Lopez, Frankfort, was charged with operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license.

Richard D. Daniels, Delphi, was charged with OWI/endangering and failure to stop after an accident resulting in non-vehicle damage.

Alan L. Lovvorn was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Deborah Rosa McCarty was charged with battery.

Anthony P. Pasquarosa was charged with driving while suspended.

Jason R. Asselin was charged with theft.

Kayla L. Wood was charged with theft.

Cipriano Naranjo, 25, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year unsupervised probation.

James M. Lanum, 31, of Delphi, pled guilty to domestic battery and resisting law enforcement. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

David Boughton, 39, of Delphi, pled guilty to battery. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 174 days suspended, and 359 days supervised probation.

Ramon Pena, 20, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license and speeding. He was fined.

The following causes were dismissed: Christopher Guise and Jodi Guise vs. Darin Blackburn; Robert A. Lucas vs. Dana and Jane Faucett; First Farmers Bank & Trust vs. Frances E. Titus; CACH LLC vs. Gary Snyder Sr.; US Bank NA vs. Cary D. Mc- Carty, et al.; Jerry Barnsfather and Mary Barnsfather; Robert A. Lucas DDS vs. Gary Kauffman; and Robert D. Lucas DDS vs. Brian Fogarsi.

In an agreed judgment, Jeremy D. Gist was ordered to pay $19,445.37 to Beneficial Indiana Inc.

In a default judgment, David W. Ashenfelter was ordered to pay $497.37 to Beck's Superior Hybrids.

In an agreed judgment, April Boggs was ordered to pay $1,994 to Capital One Bank USA NA.

The following were ordered to pay Robert A. Lucas DDS in default judgments: Cathy Chaffin Mayhew; Vicki Reed; Patricia Piggott; John Reed; Kris Hicks; Bob Goodnight; Michelle Goodnight; Mitzie Dulin; Steve Ogle; Stacey McPheeters and Mark McPheeters; and John Corbin and Tamera Corbin.

In a default judgment, Jeffrey M. Hayes and Sandra M. Hayes were ordered to pay $24,173.95 to Beneficial Indiana Inc.
