April 27 - Child molesting, Terrace Ln. Saul Pena, 19, Delphi, was arrested. Officer Paul Vondrasek investigated.

May 2, 11 a.m. - Theft, 407 N. Union Street. Jesse Hibbs reported his red-nosed pit bull dog stolen from his residence. Chief Justin Darling responded.

May 2 - Found property, McDonalds' restaurant. Brown wallet found in women's restroom. Officer David Yeager responded.

May 3, 11:05 a.m. - Property damage, Swifty's Gas Station. Marvin K. Bowman, 76, and Pablo H. Villagrana, 58, both of Delphi. Yeager responded.

May 5, 6:51 p.m. - Animal bite, Monroe Street Gym. Nine-year-old bitten by a leashed-dog. Officer Chuck Kent responded.

May 5, 7:16 p.m. - Theft, east Summit St. Samuel Webb, 31, reported a child's bicycle taken from the residence. Kent responded.

May 8, 2 p.m. - Criminal mischief, Delphi Community High School student parking lot. The radio antenna was damaged on a car belonging to Zachary I. Brown, Delphi. Sgt. Brook McCain responded.

May 8, 4:19 p.m. - Property damage, US421 and Summit St. Nadia A. Cediel-Londono, 18, Delphi, and Brian J. Viney, 32, Flora. McCain responded.

May 10, 2:21 a.m. - Public intoxication, Discount Tobacco Shop. Carrie Hines, 23, Delphi, was arrested. Kent responded.

May 10, 11:02 p.m. - Property damage, Blimpies. A 17-year-old driver from Monticello backed into a gas pump. Damage was done to the pump and a flower pot. Kent responded.

May 1, 10:16 a.m. - Domestic disturbance, 12410W. 600N., Monticello. Parties were separated. Sheriff Tony Burns responded.

May 2, 12:35 p.m. - Death investigation, 12295W. Tippecanoe Ranch Rd. Hosea McClain, 71, was found unresponsive by emergency personnel and later pronounced dead. Det. Kevin Hammond responded.

May 3, 10:20 p.m. - Aggravated battery, Graham's Saloon. Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

May 5, 6 p.m. - Theft, 100 block of E. North St. Theft from a parked vehicle was reported. K-9 Deputy Mike Thomas responded.

May 6, 6:10 p.m. - Burglary, 6788E. 500N. Hand guns reported stolen from the Michael Buttice residence. Thomas investigated.

May 7, 10:13 a.m. - Theft, 12291 W. Tippecanoe Ranch Rd. Diana Badeau reported her wallet was taken from her vehicle. Deputy John Chapman responded.

May 7, 2:15 p.m. - Illegal possession of alcohol by a minor, SR18. Kyle Brower, 20, Rossville, was arrested. Hammond responded.

March 16, 6:04 p.m. - CR100 near SR29. Myles J. Piotrowski, 38, Flora. Driver and three passengers were transported to a hospital by Carroll County EMS. Deputy Jason Dunning responded.

May 1, 7:48 a.m. - CR400S at CR580W. Zachary D. Platt, 20, Bringhurst, was cited for an infraction. Burns responded.

May 2 - CR900W at CR559N. Jesika S. Jensen, 17, Delphi, was cited for three infractions and transported to a hospital by Carroll County EMS. Chapman responded.

May 8, 1:41 a.m. - US421 at CR1100N. Andrew P. Grant, 17, Monticello, and Bruce W. Rayburn, 53, Monticello. Both drivers refused medical treatment. Rayburn tested .07 in a field sobriety test. A passenger in the Grant vehicle reported pain but refused treatment. K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett responded.

May 8, 10:50 a.m. - US421 at Holiday Haven Rd. Ernest W. Bridges, 54, and Kendra M. McElroy, 20, both of Monticello. Chapman responded.

May 11, 2:08 p.m. - CR50E at CR150S. Brandon L. Shepard, 19, Flora. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.

May 11, 6:15 p.m. - CR750 near CR100E. Cody R. Mannies, 30, Burnettsville. Thomas responded.

May 6, 6:48 p.m. - An animal complaint was taken at 303 W. Walnut St. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

May 7, 2:20 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Brandon S. Williamson, 27, Burnettsville, was arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, criminal recklessness and resisting law enforcement. Officer Zach Hall and Chief Paul Redmon investigated. Delphi Chief Justin Darling and Officer David Yeager assisted.

May 9, 10:47 a.m. - A theft report was taken at 607 E. Main St. Redmon investigated.

May 9, 8:09 p.m. - A domestic dispute was reported in the 500 block of Harmon St. Bishop investigated.

May 10, 12:59 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 175W CR300E. During the course of the investigation, Matthew D. Weitzel, 27, Bringhurst, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for probation violation. Larimore investigated.

May 11, 3:55 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken in the 100 block of S. Center St. Larimore investigated.
