Atwood wins 19th state wrestling title Last weekend three members of the Delphi wrestling team competed in the Indiana State Wrestling Association's Freestyle State Meet. Braden Atwood, wrestling at cadet 171, won his 19th state title by winning all six of his matches. Not all of his titles have been freestyle. He has also won Greco and folkstyle titles. Atwood will be wrestling on Team Indiana in the summer, representing the state and his community. He will compete in the national tournament to be held in Fargo, N.D. Dylan Hart placed third in the midget division. This was his first state tournament. Tanner Lynde also competed in the Cadet division at 135. This class was loaded and Tanner finished sixth. |
