New filings are from public records available in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi. Other information regarding judgments and marriage dissolutions is gathered from public records found in the clerk's office.

Jack L. Benefiel, 52, pled guilty to theft. He was sentenced to three years in prison, all but 162 days suspended.

Edward E. Douglas Jr. pled guilty to armed robbery. He was sentenced to 14 years in prison, four years suspended, four years supervised probation, and restitution.

A decree of dissolution was granted between the following: Tennille L. Martin and Jason P. Martin, with wife's maiden name of Turner restored; Jennifer M. Myers and Christopher A. Myers; Chris McTigue and Mary McTigue, with wife's maiden name of Hubbard restored; Samantha Galloway and Michael Galloway; Dale E. Duncan and Shelley A. Duncan, with wife's former name of Vernier restored; Jeff Wheatley and Kay Wheatley; and Bruce Allen Bickett and Elvira A. Bickett.

The following were dismissed: Regions Bank vs. Susan E. Remaly and Culligan of Delphi; Wachovia Bank NA vs. David M. Woodhams, Wanda E. Woodhams et al.; and Wells Fargo Bank NA vs. Clinton A. Fletcher, Christie D. Landgrave and State of Indiana.

A default judgment and decree of foreclosure was ordered in the case of Wells Fargo Bank NA vs. Ronald Fritz and Catherine Fritz.

Samantha D. Mitchell, 22, pled guilty to five counts of aiding, causing or inducing burglary. She was sentenced to 10 years in prison, five years suspended, and five years supervised probation.
