Letter carriers to conduct annual food drive

      Letter carriers in Carroll County will join their counterparts nationwide to help stamp out hunger by collecting nonperishable food items on Saturday during the 16th annual National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) Food Drive.

Area IV Head Start begins enrollment

      Area IV Head Start serving Carroll, Clinton and White counties is now enrolling children for the new school year. The program is accepting children ages three to five for the school year beginning this fall. Children must be three years old by Aug 1 to be eligible.
