Charles A. Lively Jr.

Charles A. "Chuck" Lively, Jr., 50, of Delphi, died at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette, on Tuesday, April 22, 2008.

Born in Lafayette on April 2, 1958, he was the son of Charles A. Sr. and Dorothy Pantle Lively.

Mr. Lively was an assembly operator at Landis Gear, Lafayette, formerly Duncan Electric, for 25 years.

Surviving with his parents are three brothers, Matthew Lively (wife Cammie), Steven M. Lively, and John J. Lively, all of Delphi.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the 1 p.m. service on Thursday at Hippensteel Funeral Home, Lafayette. Pastor Nord Zootman will officiate. Private burial will be at Seceeder Cemetery in Lockport.
