Card of Thanks

The family of Elmo Everett would like to thank everyone for their acts of kindness during his passing. Thank you to all of you who brought food, sent flowers and cards and offered words of kindness, thoughts and prayers. Thank you also for sharing funny stories and making us laugh during such a difficult time. A special thank you goes to Carl and Leah Abbott and Abbott Funeral Home. Your compassion is immeasurable. A special thanks also goes to St. Elizabeth Healthcare Center for providing extra food during the calling and to Living Faith Church of the Brethren for the wonderful funeral dinner. The love and support we felt was overwhelming. We are very blessed. The more than 800 people who came to show their respect is a testimony to how many lives Elmo touched. He holds a special place in the hearts of many and we will all miss him deeply until we meet him again in Heaven. God bless all of you,
