April 7, 11:06 p.m. - Theft, 504 N. Wilson St. Motorcycle parts stolen from the residence of Barbara Humphrey, 64, Delphi. Officer Chuck Kent investigated.

April 10 - Warrant service, 321 W. Front St. Apt. C. Jacinto Muniz, 27, Delphi, arrested on a Tippecanoe County warrant. Officer David Yeager responded.

April 12, 6:58 p.m. - Minor consumption/ possession, Washington and Columbia streets. Joshua Stevens, 20, Florida, was arrested for possession/consumption of alcohol during a traffic stop. Kent responded.

April 13, 3:48 p.m. - OWI/refusal to submit to a chemical test/driving while being habitual traffic violator, Mill St. Joshua Sales, 26, Delphi, arrested during a traffic stop. Kent responded.

Criminal/non-criminal

April 4, 11 a.m. - Forgery, 9500 block of W. CR500N. Brian Smart, Rossville, reported a check taken from his vehicle while it was parked in Carroll County. The check was later cashed. A suspect was identified. Det. Kevin Hammond investigated.

April 4, 12:12 p.m. - Identity deception, 10473 N. Earl Ave., Monticello reported someone was using her identity. Hammond investigated.

April 4, 3:33 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 9E CR500S, Cutler. Terris Ayres reported a garage was vandalized by spray paint. Hammond investigated.

April 4, 10:36 p.m. - Residential entry, 5425S. CR500W, Rossville. Basement door was forced open at the home of Terry Miller. Res. Deputy Ryan Browning responded.

April 5, 7:41 - Criminal mischief, 411 E. Howard St., Delphi. Report from Carroll County Country Club. Deputy John Chapman responded.

April 5, 5:17 p.m. - Criminal information, 500 block of S. CR75W. Suspicious items found on the side of the road. Deputy Zachary Hall responded.

April 9, 1:39 p.m. - Driving while suspended/prior, 100 block of SR29. Nicholas L. Johnson, Burlington, was arrested. Hammond investigated.

April 10, 8:40 a.m. - Theft, 7614S CR450W, Rossville. Theft of anhydrous ammonia at CFS Fertilizer. Chapman responded.

April 10, 3:30 p.m. - Identity deception, 120 N. Illinois St., Camden. Pam Scott reported possible victimization. Hammond investigated.

Property damage

April 3, 5:45 a.m. - CR100N at US421. Aaron W. Mullindore, 29, and Luz E. Lavaire, 25, both of Lafayette. After striking the vehicle driven by Lavaire twice, Mullindore's vehicle was found wrecked a few miles from the crash location. Mullindore was identified by Tippecanoe County Sheriffs Department by the license plate number. Mullindore was tested for alcohol consumption, registered .22 and was cited for an infraction. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

April 7, 12:02 p.m. - SR29 at SR218. Dwight E. Wilson, 42, Peru, and Terry P. Marks, 33, Logansport. Wilson was cited for an infraction of failure to yield. Marks was treated by Burlington EMS and transported from the scene by helicopter. Mullin responded.

April 9, 7:28 p.m. - CR225E near SR18. Benjamin R. Mandley, 17, Flora, admitted he did not posses a valid drivers license and was cited for an infraction. Sgt. Mark Back responded.

April 10, 7:07 a.m. - US421 at CR916N. Jesse L. Anthony, 34, Cutler, was treated at the scene and transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital by EMS. Hammond responded.

April 10, 6:45 a.m. - SR218 near Meridian Line Rd. Eric D. Shafer, 18, Camden. Chapman responded.

April 14, 7:15 a.m. - CR900W near CR550N. Seth M. Blackburn, 21, Delphi. Chapman responded.
