DCSC kindergarten round-up is next week

Kindergarten Round-Up is approaching at Camden Early Childhood Center for the 2008- 09 school year. Enrollment will be held April 22 and 23 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Parents must call the school office at (574) 686-2362 to schedule an appointment.

Parents should bring their child along with his or her birth certificate and immunization records.

The enrollment process will take approximately one hour. During that time, enrollment forms will be completed and screenings for speech, hearing and vision will be administered.

Parents will have the opportunity to talk with DCSC Transportation personnel to have questions answered. Community organizations will also be available to share information on the resources they offer.

Eligible students must reside in the Delphi Community School Corporation district and must be five years old on or before Aug. 1, 2008. If custodial issues are applicable, please bring the appropriate paperwork.

Parents unable to attend on either of those dates should call the school office to make arrangements.
