      "The Carroll County 4-H Fair is on despite rumors going around otherwise," said Joanne Lytton, Extension Educator/4-H Youth Development. "The fair will be take place as usual on July 11-18. The rumors are wrong" Lytton added that animal enrollment dates and judging are coming up soon.
