Member of Wednesday Forum met for lunch at Flora's Family Restaurant in April.

Member Alice Christian reviewed "Lover's Knot" by Emilie Richards, author of more than 50 novels. Christian also told members about the creation of Shenandoah National Park, which was the background setting for the novel.

Delphi CWF

CWF of the Delphi Christian Church met April 7 with ten members answering roll call by naming a favorite city they have visited.

Officers named were: Winnie Beard, president; Fairy Hackerd, vice president; Jackie Paris, secretary; Nancy Cripe, treasurer; Katie Cree, reporter; Pat Curts, mission; Lee Nydegger, cheer.

Plans were finalized for a yard/bake sale April 19.

The box of medical supplies is ready to be sent to FAME, a mission in Asia.

Pat Curts gave the study on Eve from the book, Women of the Bible.

The next meeting will be May 5. There will be a carry-in dinner at 6:30 p.m. Lindsey Payne will be the speaker, sharing her experiences living in Africa.
