March 1 - Criminal mischief, 516 N. Wilson St. Hand lotion sprayed on vehicles owned by George Marshal, Delphi. Officer Paul Vondrasek responded.

March 20 - Criminal mischief, 431 N. Union St. Terry Goslee reported a large rock was thrown through a window of a vehicle parked in the alley. Vondrasek responded.

March 29 - Child neglect report, Front St. Two-year-old child left alone for long periods of time. CPS investigated. Vondrasek responded.

March 29, 1:30 p.m. - Theft, 303 W. Main St. White Chevy Blazer with a black hood scoop left Delphi Shell without paying for fuel. Vondrasek responded. March 31, 1:10 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 at US421. Elli J. Hersberger, 23, Anderson, and Jose A. Vazquez-Munoz, 37, Monterey, Tenn. Sgt. Brook McCain responded.

April 2, 8:17 p.m. - Property damage, Union St. at SR25. Seventeenyear old juvenile and Joy Bennett, 57, Delphi. Officer Chuck Kent responded.

April 4, 3:17 a.m. - OWI, possession of marijuana, US421 and Franklin St. Karl Leydet, 26, Bringhurst, was arrested during a traffic stop. Kent responded.

April 4, 11:10 a.m. - Property damage, Market St. at SR25. Cheryl M. Owens, 48, and Christina L. Johnson, 39, both of Delphi. Officer David Yeager responded.

March 27, 9:35 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 11707 W. Tecumseh Bend Rd. - The residence of Richard Emry was "paint balled" causing extensive damage. Investigated by Deputy Grant Davidson.

March 27, 11:55 a.m. - Non-criminal information, IPC parking lot. A license plate was removed from a vehicle owned by Sean C. Gaines, Delphi. Maj. Tobe Leazenby responded.

March 28, 11:27 a.m. - Theft, IPC. Kari Dicks, Delphi, reported her purse was taken while in the facility. K-9 Deputy Mike Thomas responded.

March 29, 3:09 p.m. - Theft. Percy Neidlinger, Cutler, reported funds missing from a bank account. Thomas investigated.

March 30, 6 p.m. - Theft, 11948 W. Winsor Dr., Monticello. Amanda Latta reported theft of a step ladder. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded.

March 31, 11:45 a.m. - Criminal information, 6240 N. Sleep Hollow Rd., Monticello. Thomas Hollenbeck reported two boats and a trailer were missing from the property. Investigated by Det. Kevin Hammond.

April 2, 2:52 a.m. - Leaving the scene, 1182 N. US421 in Jefferson Twp.. A vehicle registered to Brooks N. Johnson, 12179N. Upper Lake Shore Dr., was found abandoned with airbags deployed. Driver not located. Investigated by K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett.

March 29, 9:42 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of W. Clem St. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

March 29, 10:40 p.m. - A juvenile delinquency report was taken at 313 N. Sycamore St. Bishop investigated.

March 31, 10:04 p.m. - A theft report was taken at 13 W. Walnut St. During the course of the investigation, a 17-year-old male was arrested for theft. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

April 1, 2:08 p.m. - An animal complaint was taken at 514 Kenrick St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

April 2, 12:25 a.m. - A disturbance was reported at 212 W. Clem St. During the course of the investigation, Billie Ann Brown, 32, Flora, was arrested for criminal confinement, strangulation and battery resulting in bodily injury. Disinger investigated.

April 3, 5 p.m. - Andrew B. Irwin, 19, was arrested for theft. Bishop and Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

April 4, 11 a.m. - A report of juvenile delinquency was taken on SR18E. Chief Paul Redmon and Thomas investigated.

April 4, 11:52 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of S. Division St. Thomas investigated.

April 4, 7:15 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken on Walnut St. Disinger investigated.

April 5, 7:33 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Bryon Meoak, 20, Kokomo, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. A passenger in the vehicle, Caleb J. Brubaker, 20, Lafayette, was arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Disinger investigated.

April 5, 9:11 p.m. - Following up on a citizen complaint, Donna L. Wilson, 57, Flora, was arrested for public intoxication. Disinger investigated.

April 6, 5:24 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken on W. Columbia St. Thomas investigated.
