Police & Fire Calls Delphi Police Dept. March 1 - Criminal mischief, 516 N. Wilson St. Hand lotion sprayed on vehicles owned by George Marshal, Delphi. Officer Paul Vondrasek responded. March 20 - Criminal mischief, 431 N. Union St. Terry Goslee reported a large rock was thrown through a window of a vehicle parked in the alley. Vondrasek responded. March 29 - Child neglect report, Front St. Two-year-old child left alone for long periods of time. CPS investigated. Vondrasek responded. March 29, 1:30 p.m. - Theft, 303 W. Main St. White Chevy Blazer with a black hood scoop left Delphi Shell without paying for fuel. Vondrasek responded. March 31, 1:10 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 at US421. Elli J. Tobe Leazenby responded. March 28, 11:27 a.m. - Theft, IPC. Kari Dicks, Delphi, reported her purse was taken while in the facility. K-9 Deputy Mike Thomas responded. March 29, 3:09 p.m. - Theft. Percy Neidlinger, Cutler, reported funds missing from a bank account. Thomas investigated. March 30, 6 p.m. - Theft, 11948 W. Winsor Dr., Monticello. Amanda Latta reported theft of a step ladder. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded. March 31, 11:45 a.m. - Criminal information, 6240 N. Sleep Hollow Rd., Monticello. Thomas Hollenbeck reported two boats and a trailer were missing from the property. Investigated by Det. Kevin Hammond. April 2, 2:52 a.m. - Leaving the scene, 1182 N. US421 in Jefferson Twp.. A vehicle registered to Brooks N. Johnson, 12179N. April 1, 2:08 p.m. - An animal complaint was taken at 514 Kenrick St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated. April 2, 12:25 a.m. - A disturbance was reported at 212 W. Clem St. During the course of the investigation, Billie Ann Brown, 32, Flora, was arrested for criminal confinement, strangulation and battery resulting in bodily injury. Disinger investigated. April 3, 5 p.m. - Andrew B. Irwin, 19, was arrested for theft. Bishop and Officer Randy Larimore investigated. April 4, 11 a.m. - A report of juvenile delinquency was taken on SR18E. Chief Paul Redmon and Thomas investigated. April 4, 11:52 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of S. Division St. Thomas investigated. April 4, 7:15 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken on Walnut St. Disinger investigated. April 5, 7:33 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Bryon Meoak, 20, Kokomo, was arrested for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. A passenger in the vehicle, Caleb J. Brubaker, 20, Lafayette, was arrested for visiting a common nuisance. Disinger investigated. April 5, 9:11 p.m. - Following up on a citizen complaint, Donna L. Wilson, 57, Flora, was arrested for public intoxication. Disinger investigated. April 6, 5:24 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken on W. Columbia St. Thomas investigated. |
