Farm tour a sure ringer
Kevin Kremer explains the process of securing livestock for inoculations and other work to Camden Early Childhood Center students at his farm on Carrollton Rd. This year all 145 of the school's kindergarteners saw newborn piglets in the farrowing barn and calves in the pasture during the tour. Three separate tours and hayrides were scheduled to accommodate all. The Carroll County farmer told the youth he was excited about contributing to the food chain, agriculture industry and education of local children. This is the 10th year Kremer has provided the tour.
