If I were mayor I would...
Delphi Middle School sixth-graders recently participated in an Indiana Association of Cities and Towns-sponsored essay contest. More than 200 essays were submitted and Mayor Randy Strasser was given the task of choosing the best five. The first place essay, written by Aneilya Carbaugh, will be entered into a state-wide contest. Carbaugh said in her essay she would "do whatever is needed to help the people of the Delphi community," if she were mayor.
