APC issues 12 permits

Twelve permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during March, for improvements amounting to $781,999.

Residential permits with $524,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Adams - Jess Geier, residence; Clay - Trent and Dawn Lorton, residence;

Jefferson - Robert Martin, residence.

Madison - Michael and Shelly Alderman, compact home.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in the following townships:

Burlington - Paul and Betty Burns, garage; Brian and Lourdes Henderson, storage;

Clay - Thomas and Melinda Hicks, playhouse; Thomas and Melinda Hicks, storage;

Deer Creek - Esther K. Brummett, garage;

Jefferson - Kyle and Tonya O'Farrell, tool shed/lean-to; Oakdale Farms, Inc., garage. Commercial

Jackson - Hog Slat Midwest, Inc., truck wash.

The total collected from permits issued was $753, plus:

•Joshua Diggs, variance, $30;

•Charles Pestow, variance, $30;

•Bock Clark Corp., ordinance book, $10.

Total collected from permits in March was $823.
