Robert E. Clingenpeel

Services and burial for Robert E. Clingenpeel, 93, of Fort Myers, Fla., were held March 19 in Fort Myers.

He died March 15, 2008, at his residence.

Born Sept. 4, 1914, in Flora, he was the son of Pearl and Myrtle Louella Eikenberry Clingenpeel. He was married to Dollie Moore and she preceded him in death.

Surviving are two sons, Charles "Chuck" Clingenpeel and J.R. Clingenpeel, both of Fort Myers; a daughter, Barbara Nolan of Branson, Mo.; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to the Hope Hospice in Fort Myers.
