Kenneth Draper Sr.
He was born Dec. 15, 1935, in Idaville, to the late Leo and Felicia Coppock Draper. His marriage was to Ruth A. House in Rochester on Dec. 17, 1960. Mr. Draper attended Battle Ground High School. He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 to 1960 and was stationed in Germany. He retired as a self-employed farmer. He formerly worked in the sheet metal shop at Purdue University. He enjoyed collecting memorabilia. Surviving are his wife in McLean, Ill.; two daughters, Cynthia Martin (husband: Rusty) and Kimberly Dowell (husband: Shannon), all of Attica; two sons, Kenneth Duane Draper Jr. of Fowler and Van Draper of Danville; three brothers, Dean Draper (wife: Arzella) and Don Draper (wife: Dorothy), all of Delphi, and Wayne Draper (wife: Betty) of Rochester; two sisters, Beth Ordiway (husband: Gene) of Monticello and Jolinda Kerr (husband: Kerly) of Akron; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Visitation will be April 3 from 5 to 8 p.m. at Davidson Funeral Home in Delphi. Services will held there April 4 at 11 a.m., and will be officiated by Pastor Dan Jordan. Burial will be at Pleasant Run Cemetery in Carroll County. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital. Envelopes are available at the funeral home.
