Donnelly to hold Delphi hours

A member of Congressman Joe Donnelly's staff will be at the Delphi Public Library today, April 2 from 4 to 5 p.m. The library is located at 222 E. Main St. Constituents are encouraged to visit the library with questions or comments about local and national issues.
