Delphi Police Dept.

March 20, 5:13 a.m. - Driving while suspended/prior, SR25 at Trailhead Park. Dustan Serie, 25, Frankfort, was arrested after being stopped for a traffic infraction. Officer Chuck Kent responded.

March 14 - Illegal possession of tobacco, Delphi Community High School. Two juvenile females were cited. Chief Justin Darling responded.

March 18, 12:30 p.m. - Property damage, Regions Bank parking lot. While exiting a parking space, Judy A. Kelley, 38, Delphi, hit an unattended vehicle. Sgt. Brook McCain responded.

March 17, 4:45 p.m. - Property damage/hit and run, alley behind 210 W. Main St. A vehicle driven by an older white male wearing a cap hit a vehicle operated by Stephanie N. Simms, 27, Brookston. The unknown vehicle was not able to be located. McCain responded.

March 21, 5:07 p.m. - Public intoxication and battery, 6947 W. CR300N. Christopher W. Emmitt, 21, Delphi, was arrested for both offenses. McCain responded.

March 21, 5:35 p.m. - Property damage, US421 and SR25. Troy Cook, Flora and David Compton, Lafayette. Officer Justin Wilson responded.

March 21 - Information, 621 N. Indiana St. Several unauthorized charge accounts were opened in the name of Craig M. Reagan in December and January. Officer David Yeager responded. Sheriffs Dept. Criminal/non-criminal reports

March 13, 12:07 a.m. - Harassment, Burlington. Telephone harassment reported by Nicholas Johnson. Sgt. Mark Back responded.

March 13, 2:28 p.m. - Domestic battery, 2500 block of S. CR585W. Report of a father shooting his sons with a BB gun. Deputy Grant Davidson responded.

March 14, 9:46 a.m. - Child molesting, 900 block of N. CR50E. Report from Monroe Township. Sgt. Dennis Randle responded.

March 15, 11:06 a.m. - Theft, 12300 block of W. Tippecanoe Ranch Rd. Theft of boats from the residence of Steve Retting was reported. Deputy Mike Thomas responded.

March 15, 2 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 4145 N. CR400E., Camden. Ten windows broken out of a residence. Reserve Deputy Ryan Browning responded.

March 16, 11:30 a.m. - Assisting another agency, Columbia St., Flora. Possible drunken driver at Center and Columbia streets. Reserve Deputy Brad Burton responded.

March 16, 12:52 p.m.- Intimidation, 77W. CR485S., Cutler. Threatening e-mail received by Teresa Kelly reported. Reserve Deputy Chad Myers responded.

March 16, 3:01 p.m. - Habitual traffic violator/life, Wilcox Lumber, Flora. Martin Wade arrested for habitual traffic violator/life and felony OWI. Browning responded.

March 16, 6 p.m. - Aggravated battery, 4000 block of N. CR1150W. Attempted aggravated battery with a vehicle reported. Victim refused treatment for injuries. Burton responded.

March 17, 7:07 a.m. - Fraud, E. Woodlawn Way, Bringhurst. Davidson responded.

March 17, 5:09 p.m. - Theft, N. SR25. Attempted theft from residence in Deer Creek Twp. Deputy John Chapman responded.

March 19, 6:06 p.m. - Criminal mischief, W. CR550S, Clay Twp. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded.

March 19, 7:46 p.m. - Theft, CR640N. Mailbox vandalized near Rockfield. Back responded.

March 17, 9:40 p.m. - CR1150W at CR700N. James E. Bjork, 41, Lafayette. Davidson responded.

March 21, 11:58 p.m. - CR700S near CR800W. Tessa Cain, 17, Rossville. Driver was treated at the scene by EMS but refused to go to the hospital. Deputy Tony Liggett responded.

March 21, CR500S near CR350E. Gary W. Langston, 51, Cutler. Liggett responded.

March 23, 3:10 a.m. - CR525W near CR488N. Aundrea M. Grimes, 41, Delphi. Deputy Zachary Hall responded.

March 6, 6:50 p.m. - A disturbance was reported at the Flora Mara Mart. During the investigation Michelle Wright, 46, Bringhurst, was arrested on suspicion of public intoxication. Sgt. James Bishop investigated.

March 10, 1:15 p.m. - A theft report was taken at 22 W. Columbia St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

March 12, 10:32 a.m. - A disturbance was reported at 416 W. Columbia St. Chief Paul Redmon and Deputy Grant Davidson investigated.

March 12, 11:44 p.m. -Following a traffic stop, Jeremy Wisler, 33, Galveston, was arrested on a Howard County warrant. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

March 13, 2:18 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Jessica R. Martin, 20, Flora, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for check deception. Redmon investigated.

March 14, 12:06 a.m. - Following a traffic stop, Saul Franco, 29, Logansport, was arrested for operating a vehicle while never receiving a license. Disinger investigated.

March 14, 3:30 p.m. - A loud music complaint was taken at 23 S. Center St. Redmon investigated.

March 14, 11:53 p.m. -Following a traffic stop, Thomas L. Brower, 59, Flora, was arrested on suspicion of operating while intoxicated. Bishop investigated. Reserve Deputy Brad Burton assisted.

March 15, 6:01 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Cheryl L. Swafford, 30, Logansport, was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior conviction. Disinger investigated.

March 15, 8:45 p.m. - Larry M. Brooks Jr., 30, of Flora was arrested on a felony warrant issued out of Carroll County. Disinger investigated.

March 16, 4 a.m. - An animal complaint was taken at 514 Kenrick St. Bishop investigated.

March 16, 6:14 a.m. - A theft report was taken at 510 W. Columbia St. Larimore investigated.

March 17, 5:45 a.m. - A loud music complaint was taken at 591 Harmon St. Bishop investigated.

March 17, 3:52 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 300 block of W. Vine St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

March 18, 10:07 a.m. - A theft report was taken at 416 Commercial Dr. Thomas investigated.

March 19, 2:51 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 2362E SR18. Larimore investigated.

March 20, 10:29 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of E. Columbia St. Larimore and Redmon investigated.

March 21, 1:30 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 560S 225E. Thomas investigated.

March 22, 12:01 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 800 block of W. Columbia St. Thomas investigated.

March 22, 2:45 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported at 404 S. Center St. During the course of the investigation Robert W. Guenther, 37, Flora, was arrested for domestic battery and strangulation. Thomas investigated.

Burlington Police Dept.

Feb. 26 - Marshal Jill Hammond took two reports of missing items from vehicles on 10th Street and Lloyd Ave.

March 6 - Hammond took a report of a juvenile who failed to go to school. The juvenile was located in Burlington and released to their parent after speaking to the Carroll County Probation Dept.

March 7, 11:55 p.m. - Levi T. Dyer was arrested on suspicion of battery. Hammond and Deputy Zach Hall investigated.

March 13, 11:15 a.m. - Property damage accident at 6th Street and SR 29 involving a Waste Management truck driven by George Winniger of Kokomo and an ice cream truck driven by Robert Haas of Trotwood, Ohio. Hammond investigated.

March 16 - Hammond assisted Deputy J. Dunning with a personal injury accident just east of SR 29 on CR 100S.

March 17, 7:30 a.m. - Hammond continues to investigate reports of six unlocked vehicles having items taken.

March 17, 3:15 p.m. - Following a disturbance at 901 Jackson Street, Steven C. Allen, 20, Golden, Colo., was arrested on suspicion of possession of marijuana, paraphernalia and minor consumption. He was transported to the Carroll County Jail. Hammond investigated.

March 19, 9:30 a.m. - Property damage accident on SR 29, south of Stockton Street involving a semi driven by Alfred Barnes of Nashville, Ind. The semi left the roadway, struck two utility poles, and came to rest in a yard. The Indiana State Police and Hammond investigated.

March 20, 9:30 a.m. - Nicholas L. Johnson, 22, Burlington, was arrested on a Carroll County warrant for failure to appear for driving while suspended. Hammond investigated.
