March 4 - Domestic battery, 404 N. Union St. Jessie J. Hibbs, Delphi, was battered. Officer David Yeager responded.

March 5, 4:45 a.m. - Property damage, Dairy Queen parking lot. Kevin L. Sparks while driving a 2007 International snow plow backed into a light pole. Officer Paul Vondrasek responded.

March 9 - Warrant service, National Guard Armory. Christopher M. Pederson, 18, Kokomo. Warrant served at the Armory for a subject on weekend training. Yeager responded.

Feb. 29, 9:03 a.m. - Theft, 6400 block of N. CR285W. Charles Burgdorff, Rockfield, reported a vehicle in his driveway was entered without authorization. Maj. Tobe Leazenby investigated.

Feb. 29, 2:15 p.m. - Criminal information, 3700 block of S. CR350E. John Denmark, Bringhurst, reported Internet scam. Leazenby investigated.

March 1, 10:22 a.m. - Theft, 7930W CR50S. Cell phone taken from a vehicle at the Thomas J. Lynch residence. Sgt. Dennis Randle investigated.

March 1, 4:58 p.m. - Criminal information, 2500 block of N. SR29. Credit card fraud reported in Carrollton Township. Deputy Jay Schimmel responded.

March 2, 12:32 a.m. - Assisting another agency, 700 block of N. CR1150N. Assisted ISP in a leaving the scene. Schimmel responded.

March 2, 11:37 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 491S. CR 200E. Mailbox damage reported at a residence. Randle investigated.

March 2, 3:19 p.m. - Harassment, 42W. CR900N. Harassing telephone calls and criminal mischief reported. Randle investigated.

March 5, 1:11 a.m. - Driving while suspended/prior, SR25 at CR300N. Jose Rosendo Reyes- Briseno, 25, Logansport was issued a summons to appear in court. K-9 Deputy Tony Liggett responded.

March 5, 6:30 a.m. - Vehicle impoundment, SR25 north of SR218. Randle responded.

March 5, 12:19 a.m. - Burglary, 7593S. Prince William Rd., Rossville. Collectible coins and other items missing from a residence reported. Det. Steve Mullin investigated.

March 5, 2:25 p.m. - Identity deception, CR100N. Henry Benitez, Hawaii, reported that an employee of Indiana Packers Corporation was using his name and personal information for employment. Deputy Mike Thomas investigated.

March 5, 2:53 p.m. - Death investigation, 6467N. CR1200W., Monticello. Gary Burt, 75, was pronounced deceased by corner Jerry Reinke after being found unresponsive. Leazenby responded. Property damage reports

March 3, 3:30 p.m. - CR900W at CR1100N. Jennifer L. Parrish, 18, Monticello. Deputy John Chapman responded.

March 4, 7:25 p.m. - CR100N near CR450W. Brittnay N. Mundy, 18, Camden. Deputy Zachary Hall responded.

March 5, 8:19 a.m. - CR400E near SR218. Ricky C. Burge, 55, Bringhurst. Randle responded.

March 5, 2:48 p.m. - CR800W near CR200S. Serena J. Maxwell, 27, Camden. Det. Kevin Hammond responded.

March 6, 2:25 p.m. - 2451W CR750S. Norma G. Martin Elsea, 70, Cutler. Randle responded.

March 6, 2:50 p.m. - 6531W CR800S. Bethany A. Wagoner, 26, and a vehicle owned by Lew D. and Jean A. Brower, both of Rossville. Leazenby responded.

March 9, 9:45 p.m. - SR25 near CR863N. Jeremy A. Marcum, 23, Milford and David K. Neal, 19, Lafayette. Both drivers were cited for reckless driving. Hall responded.

March 3, 9:34 a.m. - A fraud report was taken at 103 N. Division St. Chief Paul Redmon

March 6, 12:15 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Michael A. Acebedo, 37, Delphi, backed into a parked vehicle owned by Joe Ayres, 78, Flora. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

March 7, 1:10 a.m. - A report of telephone harassment was taken at 718 S. Center St. Officer Josh Disinger investigated

March 7, 10:45 a.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 516 E. Main St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated.

March 7, 2 p.m. - A theft report was taken at the Flora Park. The complaintant stated articles were stolen from his vehicle. Thomas investigated.

March 7, 8:27 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken near Mohawk and Main streets. Disinger responded.

March 8, 3:10 p.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at Flora park. Juveniles were reportedly skateboarding on the stage in the 4-H building. Thomas investigated.

March 9, 12:31 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of E. Third St. Thomas investigated.

March 10, 9:27 a.m. - A theft report was taken at 510 S. Center St. The complaintant reported a wallet missing from a vehicle. The wallet was located and returned. Redmon investigated.

March 10, 12:02 p.m. - An animal complaint was taken in the 1100 block of S. Center St. Redmon responded.
