APC issues 12 permits in February

Twelve permits were issued by Carroll County Area Plan Commission during February, for improvements amounting to $828,000.

Residential permits with $530,000 value were issued to persons in the following townships:

Deer Creek - William and Sharon Parr, residence;

Jackson - David and Terri Spitznagle, residence;

Jefferson - Ricky and Lori Clark, compact home; Manahan Construction Co., residence.

Permits for remodeling and accessories were issued to persons in:

Burlington - Everett Bradley, addition;

Democrat - David Bordner, storage;

Jackson - Blaine Brubaker, lean-to;

Jefferson - Ronald Reagan and Leslie Ainley, deck; Manahan Construction Co., garage;

Rock Creek - Myron Sink, storage;

Tippecanoe - Robin and Terry Spangler, horse barn.

Total collected from permits in February was $836.
