Haley
Indiana University Kokomo announces the following parttime students who were named to the Dean's List for the period January to December 2007:

ASHLEY PUMPHREY, Bringhurst, dental hygiene (4.0 GPA).

SHAWN DREADFULWATER, Cutler, pre-business.

RACHEL ADAMS, Flora, pre-elementary education.

CHRISTOPHER M. MILLER has been named to the Oakland City University dean's list for the fall 2007 semester. He is a senior majoring in psychology and business with a music performance minor. While at OCU Miller has been a member of the cross country team. He is the son of Mike and Kathy Miller of Flora.

KYLENE A. MILLER of Flora has been named to the Ball State University dean's list for the fall 2007 semester. She is a sophomore majoring in elementary education with a science concentration. She is also a member of the Ball State University Singers. Her parents are Mike and Kathy Miller.

ALLISON ALLBAUGH of Bringhurst has been named to the Dean's List at Anderson University.

JACOB KINGERY, a sophomore at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University Bloomington, will be presented a certificate at the Honors Convocation at Assembly Hall on March 30.

Hathaway
The convocation will recognize students who distinguished themselves in scholarship during the 2007 calendar year by earning a grade point average of 3.5 or higher.

Kingery is the son of Bobby and Marta Kingery of Bringhurst.

ROBYN HALEY, a home-school sophomore, recently served as a Senate page for Sen. Brandt Hershman. She is the daughter of Eric and Margie Haley of Burrows.

BRENTON HATHAWAY recently performed in the Indiana Music Educators Assoc iation's Vocal Jazz concert in Indianapolis. The Delphi high school senior was one of 16 boys selected through IMEA auditions to participate in the two-day event.

Hathaway is a tenor with The Entertainers at Delphi. He is the son of Kevin and Lori Hathaway.

KYLA FLORA of Delphi was named to the dean's list at Butler University. Her fall 2007 grade point average of 3.833 earned her a place among the top 20 percent of students in the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences.

Flora graduated from Delphi Community High School in 2004 and plans to earn a bachelor's degree in communication disorders from the university. She is the daughter of Melissa Flora and Randi Flora.
