Delphi church is host to World Day of Prayer

The annual Women's World Day of Prayer will be held at the Delphi Christian Church on March 7 at 1:30 p.m.

World Day of Prayer is a worldwide ecumenical movement of many faith traditions who come together to observe a common day of prayer each year on the first Friday in March. Each year a different country serves as the writer of the World Day of Prayer worship service. This year the Christian women of Guyana have developed the theme, "God's Wisdom Provides New Understanding."

Childcare will be provided for those in need.

The church is located at 315 E. Main St., across from the library.
