Superior Court Superior Court judgments are gathered from public records on file in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi. New Filings The following were charged with check deception: Cherry Ann Wilkerson; Kimberly White; Tosha L. Scott; Kenneth W. Floyd; September C. Caracheo; and Jennifer Johnson. Richard L. Dulin was charged with theft. Gary K. Farrell was charged with public intoxication. Russell G. Stout was charged with public intoxication. Matthew W. Troyer was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Jeffrey A. Wagner was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering a person (two counts), operating with an ACE of .15 percent or more (two counts), and open alcohol container. Heather A. Metz was charged with driving while suspended. Dustan K. Serie was charged with driving while suspended. James A. Snapp was charged with public intoxication. Donald M. Fultz was charged with driving while suspended. David Boughton was charged with battery. Michael B. Smith was charged with battery resulting in bodily injury. Don J. Tharp was charged with driving while suspended. Dustin W. Dowden was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a Schedule I or II controlled substance or its metabolite in the body and speeding. Thomas E. Francis was charged with battery resulting in bodily injury and domestic battery. Joshua A. Lovvorn was charged with possession of a controlled substance, driving while suspended, and false and fictitious registration. Douglas V. Mangas was charged with resisting law enforcement. **** A default judgement of foreclosure entered against Jeffrey A. Hanaway on Jan. 8 was vacated with note and mortgage returned to him. Bobby R. Dicks, of Lafayette, pled guilty to check deception. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Elizabeth Ann Nicholson, 29, of Kokomo, pled guilty to driving while suspended. She was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation. Thaddeus J. Nelson, 27, of Delphi, pled guilty to arson and criminal mischief. He was sentenced to three years in prison, one year suspended, and one year supervised probation to run concurrently with the suspended sentences. A charge of intimidation against him was dismissed. After a bench trial, Floyd S. Dehaai was ordered to pay $492.10 to H. Paul Wood. After a bench trial, Angie K. Dalton and David L. Dalton were ordered to pay $139.21 to Donald F. Connelly. The following cases were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Richard Haworth; State of Indiana vs. Shawn L. Kelly; State of Indiana vs. Shawn A. O'Brien; State of Indiana vs. Deradee D. Remaly (two entries); Flora-Allen-Arion Inc. vs. Gary and Pam Ennis; Harry W. Jones DDS vs. Nolan Wood and Sara Wood (two entries); Harry W. Jones DDS vs. Jason Fuller and Heather Fuller; Harry W. Jones DDS vs. Josh Little; and Steve Barnard vs. Kenny Lowry. Default judgements were entered for the plaintiff in the following: Helvey and Associates Inc. vs. Douglas E. Lowe; Harry W. Jones DDS vs. Susan Pownell; Harry W. Jones DDS vs. Shelly Sumerix; and Robert A. Lucas DDS vs. Roy Ash. Agreed judgements were entered for the plaintiff in the following: CACH LLC vs. Kirby L. Golladay; Indiana Emergency Physicians LLP vs. Shirley J. Garrison; and Harry W. Jones DDS vs. James Lucas. Kenneth Ash, 38, of Monticello, pled guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and 360 days supervised probation. |
