Flooded with questions
Flood victims and public officials exchange questions and responses during a public forum held Friday in Delphi. Indiana Department of Homeland Security (DHS) sponsored the opportunity for residents to voice concerns and vent frustrations while they gained information about the disaster relief process and flood mitigation efforts. Residents argued that Oakdale Dam should be utilized to help prevent flooding as part of future mitigation practices. Pictured engaged in discussion with residents about federal rules regarding Oakdale Dam is Carroll County Emergency Management Director Dave McDowell, at left.
