Subsequent efforts to identify the source of the contamination and remedy its effects were also unsuccessful at that time. 25 YEARS AGO Lee Thompson of Delphi has been appointed city judge of Delphi. Commencement exercises will be greatly missed at two of the best school centers in Carroll county this year, as both the Wheeling and Cutler schools will have no graduates this spring. The new township law, which gives them a four year course for the next term goes into effect and the class that should have graduated this term will not receive the high honors until they take the fourth year course. Twelve graduates would have received honors at each place had the regular course been pursued this year. |
