Feb. 9 - Theft, 515 Monroe St. Blockbuster video contacted the department to report two DVDs not returned by a customer. Management advised customer was repeatedly contacted to return the DVDs. Officer David Yeager continues to investigate.

Feb. 12, 5 p.m. - Property damage, SR25 near Trailhead Park. Orlando Chinn, 35, West Lafayette. Officer Paul Vondrasek responded.

Feb. 14, 7-9 a.m. - Theft, Delphi High School. Clothing stolen from locker room. Officer Justin Wilson responded.

Feb. 18, 9:40 a.m. - SR25 and US421. Esperanza G. Montiel, 30, Logansport, and Konetta L. Upton, 50, Monticello. Yeager responded.

Feb. 22, 4 p.m. - Property damage, N. Market and Howard streets. Austin D. Terrell, 19, Monticello, slid through the intersection and struck a yield sign. Sgt. Brook McCain responded.

Feb. 14, 11:43 p.m. - Maintaining a common nuisance, Main St., Delphi. Derek Wagoner, 18, Logansport, was arrested on suspicion of maintaining a common nuisance, reckless possession of paraphernalia, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and minor consumption following a routine traffic stop. Alison Sommers, 19, Monticello, was arrested on suspicion of visiting a common nuisance and minor consumption. Hall investigated.

Feb. 15, 12 p.m. - Theft, 6505N. CR1225 W. Garage and residence of Tim McCormick entered unlawfully. Randle continues to investigate.

Feb. 15, 3 p.m. - Forgery, 0 block of S. CR100N. Mateo D. Sebastian was arrested on suspicion of using the identification of Reynaldo Soto Jr. of Mission, Texas, while working at Indiana Packers Corporation. Randle investigated.

Feb. 15, 11:46 p.m. - Public intoxication, Arby's Restaurant, Delphi. Russell G. Stout, 45, Monticello, was arrested. Schimmel responded.

Feb. 16, 4:47 p.m. - Criminal mischief, 8800 block of W. CR1050N. Report of a family member vandalizing a residence in Jefferson Township. Randle responded.

Feb. 17, 9:57 a.m. - Criminal mischief, 4800 block of W. CR775S. Report from Clay Township. Randle responded.

Feb. 20, 9:52 p.m. - Assisting another agency, 100 block of Elizabeth St., Flora. Domestic situation report. Schimmel responded.

Feb. 21, 12:08 a.m. - Public intoxication, 1700 block of US421. Melissa Crawford, Monticello, was arrested on suspicion of minor consumption, public intoxication and minor entering a tavern at Graham's Saloon. Schimmel responded.

Feb. 10, 6:30 p.m. - Following a traffic stop, Laura Hernandez, 26, Forest, was arrested for operating a vehicle while never receiving a license. Officer Josh Disinger investigated.

Feb. 11, 11 a.m. - A juvenile complaint was taken at 105S 225E. Chief Paul Redmon investigated.

Feb. 11, 3:30 p.m. - A report of telephone harassment was taken at 1002 S. Sycamore St. Redmon investigated.

Feb. 12, 5:15 p.m. - A theft report was taken at 908 E. Columbia St. Officer Randy Larimore investigated.

Feb. 14, 9:45 a.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 200 block of N. Center St. Officer Mark Thomas investigated. Deputy John Chapman assisted.

Feb. 14, 4:05 p.m. - Alan L. Sorenson, 51, Flora, was arrested for public intoxication. Thomas investigated.

Feb. 17, 10:25 a.m. - A criminal mischief report was taken near the Flora Airport. An S curve sign was painted over with black paint. Larimore investigated.

Feb. 18, 11:49 p.m. - A vehicle driven by Darol Packard, 56, Camden, struck a deer on SR 75 near 350N. Disinger investigated.

Feb. 20, 3:30 p.m. - A fraud report was taken at 519 Kenrick St. Larimore investigated.

Feb. 20, 9:50 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported in the 100 block of E. Elizabeth St. Sgt. James bishop investigated.

Feb. 22, 9:38 a.m. - A property damage accident near 8 S. Center St., involving two vehicles, was investigated by Thomas.

Feb. 24, 8:23 p.m. - A domestic disturbance was reported. Chief Redmon investigated.
