Dagoberto Flores was charged with public intoxication.

Miguel F. Leiva was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering a person and disregarding a stop sign.

Seth A. Scales was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia.

Sarah E. Pinkerton was charged with public intoxication.

Karl A. Leyolet was charged with driving while suspended.

Brandon A. Davis was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering (two counts), operating a motor vehicle with a Schedule I or II controlled substance or its metabolite, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Nathan A. Drain was charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Cameron R. Dockerty was charged with identity deception.

Gregory D. Hall was charged with illegal consumption and open container.

Brady Sorrells was charged with public intoxication, criminal mischief and criminal recklessness.

Chad A. Bottoms was charged with two counts of theft.

Leshawn D. Justice was charged with operating while intoxicated.

Troy A. Clendenen was charged with driving while suspended and disregarding a stop sign.

The following were charged with check deception: Michael A. Cadwallader (three counts); Tori C. King (two counts); Justin A. Lund; Kenneth N. Patterson (two counts); Janie L. Radke (two counts); Scott A. Roth; Jessica L. Tharp; Marcella Van Sickle (two counts); Jason W. Webb; and Malfrey Paul Williams (two counts).

Alan L. Sorenson was charged with public intoxication.

Derek J. Wagoner was charged with operating while intoxicated - endangering a person, possession of paraphernalia and driving left of center.

Antonio Delgado-Zarate, 19, of Flora, pled guilty to operating a motor vehicle without ever receiving a license. He was sentenced to 60 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Krystal M. Phenis, 23, of Gas City, pled guilty to possession of marijuana. She was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

Default judgements were entered for the plaintiff in the following causes: First Financial Bank NA vs. Gary L. Ennis and Pamela S. Ennis, in the amount of $11.508.44; First Financial Bank NA f/k/a Sand Ridge Bank vs. Shelly A. Amich, $5,427.54; and Rondi M. Wireman vs. Erin Baughman, $400.

Jerry Johnston was ordered to pay $6,559.80 to Chase Manhattan Bank USA NA.

In an agreed judgement, Natasha Roller was ordered to pay $2,287.78 to Argent Healthcare Financial Service.

The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other convictions for alcohol-related offenses: Kristie N. Martin, 24, of Whiting, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; and Michael L. Galimore, 47, of Camden, operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person.

The cause of Westlake Financial vs. Jeremy Butler and Nicole Spangler was dismissed.

The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other convictions for alcohol-related offenses: Chester L. Whitmore Jr., 22, of Yuma, Ariz., operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person and operating a vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more; Gary D. Robinson, 30, of Camden, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; Dennis E. Warren, 65, of Monticello, operating a vehicle while intoxicated - endangering a person; and Kristin N. Wendling, 25, of Lafayette, public intoxication.

Ronald R. Bell, 52, of Lafayette, pled guilty to six counts of check deception. He was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

David L. Kelly, 49, of Flora, pled guilty to domestic battery and disorderly conduct. He was sentenced to two years in jail, one year suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following causes were dismissed: State of Indiana vs. Chad D. Shinneman; and State of Indiana vs. Mark E. McLeland.

Tyson Lawson, 25, of Monticello, pled guilty to driving while suspended and admitted a speeding violation. He was sentenced to one year in jail, all suspended, and one year supervised probation.

The following were meted a combination of jail time, suspensions, probation and other penalties for convictions related to alcohol or illegal substances: Tanya L. Harper, 30, of Monticello, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person and habitual substance offender; Russell G. Stout Jr., 20, of Monticello, illegal consumption of an alcoholic beverage; and James F. Pritchett, 42, of Brookston, operating while intoxicated - endangering a person.
