Burlington Burlington Town Council will meet with State Senator Brandt Hershman at 10 a.m. Friday. Burlington Community Club will meet at 7 p.m. Monday in the Community Park Building. Park Board will meet at 7 p.m. March 5 in the Community Park Building. Kiwanis Club will meet at 7:30 a.m. Saturday at the fire station for breakfast and meeting. Burlington Area Community Center is open for lunch at 12 noon Monday through Friday. Games are played in the afternoon. Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. at the Center, Pastor Tim Pohlman leads Bible study. The United Methodist Church Lenten Breakfast will be held Sunday at 7 a.m. at the Burlington church. Crossroads Community Christian Church will observe Youth Sunday on March 2. Game night is being held from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays at Faith Church of Christ. First Brethren Church men's Bible study is held Friday mornings at 6 at The Dinner Bell. The women meet on Saturday mornings at 9:30 for Bible study at the Petersons. Saturday evening Bible study is held at the Ticens at 7 p.m. First Brethren WMS will meet at the Kokomo Rescue Mission on March 6. The Rev. Peter Roussakis will speak at the Lenten Service to be held Sunday at 6 at the First Brethren Church in Flora. Donut Sunday will be observed March 2 at the Church of Christ. |
