Shawn J. McKinley pled guilty to dealing in marijuana. He was sentenced to three years in prison, two and a half years suspended, and two and a half years probation.

The following causes were dismissed: Thomas Ping and Betty L. Ping vs. Gregory A. Clawson and Kimberly A. Clawson.

Jennifer L. James was ordered to pay $11.967.45 to Communitywide Federal Credit Union.

John Provo was found to be in contempt of court for not abiding by an order to make monthly payments to J&K Watson Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Delphi Hardware and Paint, Rossville Hardware and Paint and Brookston Hardware and Paint. He was remanded to the Carroll County Jail until he purged himself of contempt by paying arrearage.

In a default judgment, Gary L. Bosley was ordered to pay $1,094.63 to Midland Credit Management Inc.

A charge of dealing in methamphetamine having a weight of three grams or more against John J. Rieken was amended to dealing in methamphetamine, a class B felony.
