Circuit Court New filings are from public records available in the Carroll County Clerk's office on the second floor of the courthouse, Delphi. Other information regarding judgments and marriage dissolutions is gathered from public records found in the clerk's office. In a default judgment, Robert W. Goris and Peggy L. Goris were ordered to pay $9.555.67 to First Financial Bank f/k/a Sand Ridge Bank. A request to suspend an order for support while Crystal J. Crider and Elmer J. Crider IV reside together was denied. A decree of dissolution was granted between Jackie A. Woodhouse and Ed Lee Woodhouse, with wife's former name of Johns restored. A count of child molesting against Terry Lee Ward was dismissed. The following causes were dismissed: JP Morgan Chase Bank NA vs. Orville G. Brown and Diane Brown; and State of Indiana vs. Rene Polanco Magallanes. Hubbard Auto Center Inc. was dismissed as a defendant in the cause of Alice M. Floyd vs. Gabriel Castillo-Tovar and Hubbard Auto Center Inc. In a default judgment, Christopher Myers and Michelle Myers were ordered to pay $13,856.62 to Fan Distributing. A decree of dissolution was granted between Sarah Joann Harris and Phillip Lee Harris, with wife's former name of Woodward restored. A decree of foreclosure ordered by the court in the cause of Deutsche Bank National Trust Company vs. Michy A. Butcher and Andrea Butcher was set aside and dismissed. An order vacating judgment and decree of foreclosure and an entry of dismissal was ordered in the cause of First Horizon Home Loans vs. Gary A. Snyder and Teresa L. Snyder, et al. Shawn J. McKinley pled guilty to dealing in marijuana. He was sentenced to three years in prison, two and a half years suspended, and two and a half years probation. The following causes were dismissed: Thomas Ping and Betty L. Ping vs. Gregory A. Clawson and Kimberly A. Clawson. Jennifer L. James was ordered to pay $11.967.45 to Communitywide Federal Credit Union. John Provo was found to be in contempt of court for not abiding by an order to make monthly payments to J&K Watson Enterprises Inc. d/b/a Delphi Hardware and Paint, Rossville Hardware and Paint and Brookston Hardware and Paint. He was remanded to the Carroll County Jail until he purged himself of contempt by paying arrearage. In a default judgment, Gary L. Bosley was ordered to pay $1,094.63 to Midland Credit Management Inc. A charge of dealing in methamphetamine having a weight of three grams or more against John J. Rieken was amended to dealing in methamphetamine, a class B felony. |
