Absolutely!! The Open Door Law covers this, and regardless of the fact that these elected officials do not care to let the public in on all they do, the public has a right to know. It is their money that is being spent. It would be interesting to know just what they don't want us to know. HMMM.

It has come to the attention of some residents of Carroll County that there are some Carroll County officials who aren't pleased with some of the comments made in the Comet about where our money is going.

We, the people of Carroll County, think we do have the right to know where our money is going and it should be made known to us willingly.

Why don't they want us to know?
